The company was established in the year 2002 and owing to its niche play involving the very best builders of South, had a meteoric rise whereby it logged an average volume of more than Rs.600 crore worth of deals during the last two years catering to a vast clientele of High Networth Individuals (HNIs), NRIs, Industrialists successfully across three continents.
Inception
G&C Global Consortium was launched by the dynamic husband and wife duo of Mr. A.V.R. Chowdary, MBA & Mrs. A. Gouthami, MA, M.Phil. The company was then known as G&C International Associates and within a year of inception rose to be one of the fastest growing Marketing Associates in its franchising field in India. Mr.Chowdary was at that time working with a leading Indian Public Sector Corporation and quit his illustrious career after serving 20 years in various capacities including Business Development Manager, North India.
Vision
G&C had a vision about \'Creating Wealth for All\' & understood very early that Real Estate offers the biggest opportunity to grow wealth. Banking on personal credibility of the promoters and the high society contacts they enjoy, G&C took up Real Estate Consulting as their main line of activity. In less than a year, G&C became one among the top ten real estate consulting companies in South India with major activities in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chennai, etc., and within the next two years the organization was acknowledged as one of the top professionally managed consultancies in India having wide network of Sales Offices & Branch setup in various key markets of India, including Jaipur in North.
